Rep was entirely helpful and informative - WAY better than Comcast! I have been wanting to switch to DirecTV for over a year, but couldn't due to not having a clear view from my apt for the dish. Once I moved and saw that my neighbor had DirecTV installed I knew that I could switch from sorry and pitiful Comcast. (They have the WORST customer service! It's nearly impossible trying to speak to an actual person. And when you do, you can't understand a word they say.) Back to my DirecTV experience, I was helped by Rebecca and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She went through every process and read back the entire agreement before processing my order. She reviewed everything so thoroughly that I didn't have any questions after the whole thing was over. I will recommend DirecTV to anyone who asks!

After overpaying for many years with the competition I finally made the call to become part of the Direct TV family. First things first, "Anthony" from Queens and now living in Florida (Your Customer Service Rep) says, "We are huge on loyalty at Dish and we are here anytime for you and we want to earn and to keep your business." so far so good Sales person was professional and knowledgeable. Price seems good so far. I will definitely see if they claim to be the best in the industry and lower rates than the competitors in 3 months. Main reason I switch other than the rate is because dish no longer has fox news!

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Install!!! Conf# N64807527 Acct# 6788426 When I called just to inquire about pricing I had no intention of switching to Direct TV right on that call. But the excellent customer service I was given made that change for me. I chose to go with Direct TV and was able to get an installation date the very next day and am now saving over $60/month and got many more channels and features than I was getting with Dish and still saving money!!!! You cannot compare the deals and excellent customer service on top of that sealed the deal for me.

The experience we had with direct tv customer service was awesome! I called and after answering a few automated questions, I was directed to a customer service agent. All of my questions were answered. The agent knew the product and was very pleasant. Everything was gone over in detail before I decided. The entire experience was quick and painless! We even lucked out on an nfl package deal for next year! We're going to recommend direct tv to anyone and everyone we can!
