so far so good Sales person was professional and knowledgeable. Price seems good so far. I will definitely see if they claim to be the best in the industry and lower rates than the competitors in 3 months. Main reason I switch other than the rate is because dish no longer has fox news!

best customer service a woman could ask for! From the moment the tech answered the phone it was pleasant. I'm very picky about knowing the exact breakdown of every charge and unlike other companies I have dealt with, the tech was more than happy to accommodate my every request. I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have received in a while, and being that I'm moving out of my current area, I've dealt with a lot lately. Keep up the great work. Whatever training your employees get and the careful selection of those employees works well!

Service with a Smile --I heard it over the phone... Daniel-- Mr. Congeniality--- gave me a price beyond my expectations. I have TV, internet and phone for 45% less than I paid Comcast. Unfortunately, in scheduling the phone install, I was disconnected. I called back and held the line for at least 15 minutes and then was disconnected again. When I called again, I got a message that the office was closed. As a former director in customer service, I was surprised that the agents did not assist customers who were holding at the end of the day and did not even provide a message to inform them that the center was closing with a request to call the next day.

A customer service rep in AMERICA WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT INTERACTING WITH MICKI, A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO IS WORKING OUT OF MIAMI....VERY REFRESHING....ESPECIALLY AFTER DEALING WITH TIME WARNER EARLIER IN THE DAY, MY CURRENT VENDOR, THAT ACCIDENTLY ERASED MY DVR FEATURE AFTER THE CONVERSATION...THEN I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER HOUR ON THE PHONE LATER IN THE EVENING TO RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM...SO I AM DELIGHTED TO BE CHANGING TO DIRECT TV...THANK YOU AND LOOK FORWARD TO INTERACTING WITH YOU ALL....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....
