GBService with a Smile --I heard it over the phone... Daniel-- Mr. Congeniality--- gave me a price beyond my expectations. I have TV, internet and phone for 45% less than I paid Comcast. Unfortunately, in scheduling the phone install, I was disconnected. I called back and held the line for at least 15 minutes and then was disconnected again. When I called again, I got a message that the office was closed. As a former director in customer service, I was surprised that the agents did not assist customers who were holding at the end of the day and did not even provide a message to inform them that the center was closing with a request to call the next day.

GBWow! I am amazed. Directtv did not bombard me with lots of extra fees. I was given straight answers. I stuck to my plan of purchase and although Anton offered upgrades he respected my decision and did not pressure me to purchase what I did not want. If you are looking for cable go direct.

GBso far so good Sales person was professional and knowledgeable. Price seems good so far. I will definitely see if they claim to be the best in the industry and lower rates than the competitors in 3 months. Main reason I switch other than the rate is because dish no longer has fox news!

GBIf I could rate a "0" I would If I could rate a "0" I would! Direct TV had a door to door guy trying to sign up people for their service, the man who stopped at my house LIED saying he's from charter and had to check our cable boxes for whatever reason then pushes his way inside my house then stating he's actually from Direct TV, pulled out his little sheets describing the packages. Absolutely fuming how he LIED and PUSHED his way into my house...with my 2 small children!! Completely disgusted with this man AND Direct TV!!!
