GBDirecTV-My ONLY TV Source!!! I would recommend DirecTV to anyone due to the first class I receive when I call in to get a quote an make an order. All my questions were turned into answers and my confidence in DirecTV makes it only easier to trust their product. Customer service is my main objective when buying things and with this customer service agent, I would have bought a ketchup Popsicle with her wearing white gloves. (reference:Tommy Boy)

GBI should of signed with Direct TV years ago. I called Direct TV. Got an immediate follow up phone call. They are such nice people and so accommodating. I can't wait to get my great picture and DVR and free HBO for 3 months. Thank God an affordable cable company with excellent customer service.

GBRep was entirely helpful and informative - WAY better than Comcast! I have been wanting to switch to DirecTV for over a year, but couldn't due to not having a clear view from my apt for the dish. Once I moved and saw that my neighbor had DirecTV installed I knew that I could switch from sorry and pitiful Comcast. (They have the WORST customer service! It's nearly impossible trying to speak to an actual person. And when you do, you can't understand a word they say.) Back to my DirecTV experience, I was helped by Rebecca and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She went through every process and read back the entire agreement before processing my order. She reviewed everything so thoroughly that I didn't have any questions after the whole thing was over. I will recommend DirecTV to anyone who asks!

GBbest customer service a woman could ask for! From the moment the tech answered the phone it was pleasant. I'm very picky about knowing the exact breakdown of every charge and unlike other companies I have dealt with, the tech was more than happy to accommodate my every request. I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have received in a while, and being that I'm moving out of my current area, I've dealt with a lot lately. Keep up the great work. Whatever training your employees get and the careful selection of those employees works well!
