GBI was impressed with the agents with whom I spoke. They were knowledgeable and upbeat. Seemed happy in what they were doing. We have used Direct TV services before and when we moved, we never even considered another company. After speaking with the agents, I was all the more impressed with the company. These agents didn't act as though it was just a job. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the best service they had to offer. Looking forward to more good television viewing through Direct TV Services.

GBWow! I am amazed. Directtv did not bombard me with lots of extra fees. I was given straight answers. I stuck to my plan of purchase and although Anton offered upgrades he respected my decision and did not pressure me to purchase what I did not want. If you are looking for cable go direct.

GBThe experience we had with direct tv customer service was awesome! I called and after answering a few automated questions, I was directed to a customer service agent. All of my questions were answered. The agent knew the product and was very pleasant. Everything was gone over in detail before I decided. The entire experience was quick and painless! We even lucked out on an nfl package deal for next year! We're going to recommend direct tv to anyone and everyone we can!

Instead of letting me know of the amount of the increase in cost of my service they include a little note: Effective 2/6/14, new pricing will be applied to DIRECTV programming packages and services. Click here for more complete details. Which by the way you cant click on. They can change your pricing at any time. Get EVERYTHING in writing.
