I encountered numerous problems with US… I encountered numerous problems with US Mobile in relation to making international calls. I lodged a complaint and it was escalated to the high-end team. Mr. Haroon Ali did an exceptional job in resolving my issues and providing detailed explanations. When it comes to customer service, they surpass other major companies. Their service within the USA is excellent. However, I am unable to provide feedback on international roaming at this moment as I have not tested it.

Switched to US Mobile from Verizon Switched to US Mobile after 10+ years with Verizon. I pay less, have the exact same coverage, and the customer service is incredible. Run, don't walk, from your current provider to these guys!

Ahmed a total professional and incredibly knowledgeable about this home phone unit from US MOBILE assured me no need to connect unit until her son got the email that phone # was transferred. It was incredible that he called and solved everything. US Mobile has the most caring personnel ever. They are professional, caring, willing to help and going above and beyond. Ahmed Mustafa exemplified that. He is even calling tomorrow to transfer the # to Us Mobile and will call my friend's son as soon as the transfer shows as effective. That is huge!!! Bless US Mobile. We love US Mobile My wife and I have used US Mobile for a few years, after trying both name-brand wireless carriers and other MVNOs. US Mobile has provided by far the best combination of pricing, value, and customer service. We don't use much data since we are both retired, so we are currently on a shared 2GB data plan that costs a mere $18 a month (for both of us, including all taxes and fees). However, even if you (think) you need unlimited data, their plans are very reasonable. We also love their international roaming plans, which allow you to use your phone while traveling abroad for as little as $10/month (varies by country). Their website is very easy to navigate, so we don't often need customer service, but when we have, the agents have been uniformly polite, helpful, and patient. We love US Mobile, and recommend them without hesitation.
