GBAHMED MUSTAFA CALLED AND SOLVED ALL MY PROBLEMS Ahmed Mustafa called exactly as I was concerned about how I would be able to have an elderly person not be without her phone. Ahmed a total professional and incredibly knowledgeable about this home phone unit from US MOBILE assured me no need to connect unit until her son got the email that phone # was transferred. It was incredible that he called and solved everything. US Mobile has the most caring personnel ever. They are professional, caring, willing to help and going above and beyond. Ahmed Mustafa exemplified that. He is even calling tomorrow to transfer the # to Us Mobile and will call my friend's son as soon as the transfer shows as effective. That is huge!!! Bless US Mobile. The company is amazing, detail oriented and wants to make friends who live their service. Thank you Ahmed Mustafa and US MOBILE. So appreciative. Marge K

GBUSMobile customer service is awesome I JUST finished switching over to USMobile (from a company whose name is associated with fresh breath.) From the moment I called the CSR of the previous provider to get my account number and PIN number for transfer, to having the new USMobile service up and activated, was around 15 minutes (that included setting up the APN on my iPhone as per their very clear online instructions). Prior to making the switch I had a few email exchanges with USMobile's reps to find the best plan for my needs and to answer a few questions. They were VERY prompt with their responses - usually within 20 or so minutes, and very knowledgable about their service. So, as far as their customer service goes, USMobile is awesome. I'll have an opinion on their actual phone service for a few months, but so far everything checks out.

GBAdeen was incredibly patient with… Adeen was incredibly patient with someone who is not very computer literate. He helped me with activating a second phone to use while traveling and provided me with international services for it through US Mobil's GSM5T European partner. Thank you Adeen!

GBExcellent Customer Service US mobile technician AQIB was very patient, courteous and efficient in helping my wife and I with our separate phones. AQIB walked us through step by step at the same time with the two different phone numbers. US mobile is the only cell service we will continue to use and tell everyone about.

GBThe worst service ever. Horrible throttling. And also, 99.99% of these reviews are fake. I never write reviews but this is an exception. This is the worst celluar service possible. Please avoid. I'm on the prepaid plan, where I pay $2 for every GB of data that I use, and jesus christ, the throttling I experience is horrible. I'll have 4gb left, and one day my speeds will be at 20 mbs, then for the remainder of my plan, until I add some more GB's to my plan, will be at the classic verizon throttle of 1.0 mbs a second. Literally exactly 1.0 mbs running a speed test. Now I get throttling on an unlimited plan... that makes sense, but throttling on a prepaid plan where the customer is paying $2 per GB is just down right horrendous behavior. Chatting to a customer service agent they managed to fix it for a day, then right back to throttling. Now they just tell me to turn airplane mode off and on etc. My device isn't the issue, it's US mobile being cheap as hell. And all these reviews are fake btw, any review thats, I CALLED AND THIS PERSON HELPED ME AND WAS SO HELPFUL on trustpilot == Fake Review. 0/10
