I waited for 5 weeks with no reply and then decided to call back. From that time on, purchase of the product and the service has been prompt and well received. Motion Media & Me. Working with Motion Media has been the best experience possible for me. I am a sole proprietor and sometimes it's tough to get the software I need quickly. A lot of the developers are overseas and it's nice to have someone I can call on locally. Great experience! Great experience! There was a stock shortage of the monitor I ordered. MM was up front about it, contacting me right away, giving me options to wait or cancel my order. I chose to wait. In the end I received the monitor earlier than expected. Perfect!
