GBExcellent customer service! Excellent customer service!! So well in fact, the owner himself took the time to help with an order due to limited staff. Smooth and easy conversation, personable and was able to solve the issue with ease! They care about their customers, that I can tell. I would most certainly shop here again, if nothing else but for the wonderful customer care! Oh and my purchase was reasonable in price, shipping was reasonable (though our local drivers seem to be unable to open their doors, might be stuck I reckon) lol

GBGreat customer service Great customer service. Got what I paid for. NOTE: Not all digital download purchases are received instantly. If you buy one such as Zbrush 4r8, don't purchase it late Friday after they close, unless you want to wait until Monday to use it because it has to be processed manually. So before you purchase, make sure to read more. Something I didn't do, haha.

GBTotally professional...great customer service! In short, I decided in the after hours (after lots of back and forth) to go forward on Smoke 2016 with a reseller rather than from the Autodesk store. My purchase came down to the fact that Motion Media was a gold level reseller, was local, and had an on-line store. Great for late night purchases. I had some questions about my order and was able to speak to a representative the next morning with a simple phone call.
