GBSlow but overall satisfied with service. My initial inquiry into Agisoft's PhotoScan software with MotionMedia seemed well attended too. I waited for 5 weeks with no reply and then decided to call back. From that time on, purchase of the product and the service has been prompt and well received. Great service now that we have purchased the product, but I feel like our business didn't mean much until a more serious commitment to purchase was established.

GBDaVinci Resolve Speed Editor/Resolve Studio Many have been talking about the long wait for the DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor/Resolve Studio Bundle. I ordered it from Motion Media on Feb 16th, had the activation code in ten minutes, and the Speed Editor arrived yesterday, the 19th. They say they still have them in stock. They even took care of our tax exemption in less than five minutes. Very efficient operation with an excellent website for ordering.

GBGreat experience! Great experience! There was a stock shortage of the monitor I ordered. MM was up front about it, contacting me right away, giving me options to wait or cancel my order. I chose to wait. In the end I received the monitor earlier than expected. Perfect!

GBTotally professional...great customer service! In short, I decided in the after hours (after lots of back and forth) to go forward on Smoke 2016 with a reseller rather than from the Autodesk store. My purchase came down to the fact that Motion Media was a gold level reseller, was local, and had an on-line store. Great for late night purchases. I had some questions about my order and was able to speak to a representative the next morning with a simple phone call.

GBThis could have been a 1-star review This could have been a 1-star review, because the software I ordered was no longer being sold there, nor at the price posted, and they offered a cancellation refund, but I insisted they own-up to their error, and instead deliver what I just paid for. The team respond quickly and delivered within an hour, sucking up the cost and saving face. Kudos, regardless of management approval. Management should be proud for turning a 1-star into a 4-star. BTW: this was hours after waiting for my digital download to be emailed. I had to call them because online chat wasn't responding. So customer service depends on the customer's insistence. Just saying.
