Never again customer service is useless EDIT: no matter how many time I tell thesE people the reply below IS typical. UK NUMBERS COULD NOT CALL ME. THEY WENT TO VOICEMAIL. AAARRRGGHH. Never again. 30 day eSIM with local voice calls. The customer service is just dire. Arrived in Australia data worked almost straight away. Gave me a uK number ( a big selling point) it never worked. Anyone calling from the UK went straight to voicemail. Tried the chat, no response then get a random email in return: not once did anyone answer the chat in the app after multiple attempts. Respond with your issue get another response asking the inane questions over and over, from different operators about the same issue. Different answers. I gave up after the 6th attempt to get this company to answer why no-one could call the UK number. International calls not allowed. So why give a UK number. Calling local numbers was very hit and miss. Ended up using WhatsApp most of the time.

7-day Unlimited plan in Japan Used their unlimited 7-day e-sim in Japan. I have used other esim providers and were almost crap and unusable due to very slow speed. Airhub's e-sim have speed of 18Mbps which is not the fastest maybe but more than enough for my needs. Moreover, it has tethering (mobile hotspot) feature, which other providers don't have. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

Connection lost both times It was ok. I used airhub in Tunisia and India. Installation was easy both times and the value is good. However, in Tunisia, it worked magnificently for a few days, then fully stopped working even though we were in a big city and I was not even halfway through my data cap. In India, my phone kept losing connection. I had to go to airplane mode and back to regain connectivity. I might use them again, but will always look at alternatives as well.

Bought an eSIM for my trip to America… Bought an eSIM for my trip to America that supposedly had unlimited data. I get a text from T Mobile that I've got 12GB instead. I immediately brought it up and was told that I would be issued a new sim once the data has expired. Well, the data has now expired and no new esim in sight. Have wasted a full day of my holiday as I'm unable to travel till this is sorted. AVOID THIS COMPANY
