Customer service on one occasion were slow to help with a QR code that did't work, but eventually fixed. Last time out a UK sim didn't work and no solution was offered. Other than that, would recommend for ease of use, installation, choice and value.

A bit of a faff but great signal once up and running Recently used this for a trip to the British Virgin Islands. Although they sent a confirmation email prior to the holiday it did not contain a QR code. Had to do quite a bit of chasing to get it via the support email. They managed to send it through within 24 hours of first contact and the signal was brilliant and set up was easy.

No regerets The purchase process was very smooth without any challenges. Installation of the e-sim was seamless. I used the services while having a Mediterranean cruise. I must admit that I was able to receive signals on most days of the cruise except when we were deep in the sea. Overall I had a great experience and I'll definitely use Airhub again.

7-day Unlimited plan in Japan Used their unlimited 7-day e-sim in Japan. I have used other esim providers and were almost crap and unusable due to very slow speed. Airhub's e-sim have speed of 18Mbps which is not the fastest maybe but more than enough for my needs. Moreover, it has tethering (mobile hotspot) feature, which other providers don't have. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended.
