Placed my first order a week ago and got a controller with some issues , customer services was super responsive and helpful , created a pre paid label with fast express shipping and got my refund withing 3-4 days in full! After that i decided to try one more time , they provided me a 40€ off my order and a free Pulse 6 pack ( another 20€ ) and said they will be extra careful this time which i really appreciate! Best customer service i ever experienced.

GBThe controller I purchased The controller I purchased, a SCUF Impact, is phenomenal. I absolutely love this controller. I knocked a star because I ordered a 4-pack of the concave replacement sticks but received the convex models. Edit: Back to five stars for excellent customer service

GBCareful requires signature I paid extra to get my controller faster and then they added a required signature so I couldn’t get my controller. Luckily I was able to drive to FedEx and get it, but this is an inconvenience that I didn’t have the first two units I’ve ordered.
