GBCareful requires signature I paid extra to get my controller faster and then they added a required signature so I couldn’t get my controller. Luckily I was able to drive to FedEx and get it, but this is an inconvenience that I didn’t have the first two units I’ve ordered.

CYTrue customer services experience! Placed my first order a week ago and got a controller with some issues , customer services was super responsive and helpful , created a pre paid label with fast express shipping and got my refund withing 3-4 days in full! After that i decided to try one more time , they provided me a 40€ off my order and a free Pulse 6 pack ( another 20€ ) and said they will be extra careful this time which i really appreciate! Best customer service i ever experienced.

GBAlthough the controller is pretty… Although the controller is pretty expensive it honestly feels pretty high quality. Although I wouldn’t give the experience 5 stars because it arrived late. Later than routine when I paid to expedite & because of the price.

GBI received a defective controller I received a defective controller. Rather than have to go through getting a replacement which takes so much time I just returned the controller. Scuf needs to do better with quality control. This has always been an issue with them!!
