Super Pleased! I have been using my old Infinity pro for roughly 5 years (which still works great!) but I decided to try out the Envision Pro which is an awesome controller but didn’t suit my needs. The return process was made easy with great customer service! Decided to get a new Infinity Pro 4ps because the colors & grips were worn down on my old one. Absolutely love it! Scummiest company on the planet If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve been using SCUF for a few years but I’m officially done. I ordered a new controller and it showed up busted already. The right analog stick was installed slanted and already came with crazy stick drift then I messaged them and said I’d like a new one in the mail and they’re trying to tell me I need to pay… you all should be shamed of yourselves, lost a customer for life

I received a defective controller I received a defective controller. Rather than have to go through getting a replacement which takes so much time I just returned the controller. Scuf needs to do better with quality control. This has always been an issue with them!!

I play a lot of shooting games and when… I play a lot of shooting games and when I use my left analog stick (used for walking or running) it just doesn’t react sometimes and I get stuck and not being able to move and I only had it for a month. I would expect more from a controller that I spent over $300!
