Return and Refund Scuf I just want to point out that although I haven't adapted to the controller, it is of high quality and well structured. However, I decided to return it and request a refund of the amount paid. They were very quick to respond and I received the email today indicating that they will refund the amount paid. Everything worked perfectly. Brands must have a quality product and even better customer support, so far congratulations Scuf Controllers.

Super Pleased! I have been using my old Infinity pro for roughly 5 years (which still works great!) but I decided to try out the Envision Pro which is an awesome controller but didn’t suit my needs. The return process was made easy with great customer service! Decided to get a new Infinity Pro 4ps because the colors & grips were worn down on my old one. Absolutely love it! I received a defective controller I received a defective controller. Rather than have to go through getting a replacement which takes so much time I just returned the controller. Scuf needs to do better with quality control. This has always been an issue with them!!

Although the controller is pretty… Although the controller is pretty expensive it honestly feels pretty high quality. Although I wouldn’t give the experience 5 stars because it arrived late. Later than routine when I paid to expedite & because of the price.
