GBOnce again my mouse packed up for no… Once again my mouse packed up for no reson, never again will I waste my money on roccat. I have bought three mice over the years and all have failed within two-three years consideroing the price this is very poor

DKROCCAT Vulcan 121 AIMO I bought a ROCCAT Vulcan 121 AIMO 2 years ago so it's sadly out of warranty, the keyboard started having issues with some keys few months ago and now it's borderline unusable. The keys in question either don't work or they double type. Searching online, it seems like a common problem with the products of this company, avoid their products.

GBVery easy process and fast Very easy process and fast. I did wonder what their process would be like for somebody with a usable but defective mouse and no spare to use while waiting for the replacement to come (they have you destroy your defective product before they’ll ship your replacement) . Luckily the replacement arrived within the week

GBAbove and Beyond Roccat Customer Service did above and beyond service. Giving me information I had lost on my about my purchase and was able to replace my device. On another device they were able to help me with troubleshooting 3rd party software that was causing conflicts. Very thankful for their support.

GBAfter sales care I contacted Roccatt about an ELO air 7 headset where the bluetooth dongle had ceased to operate. As the headset was out of warranty, I expected to pay for a replacement, however I could not find any fir sale in Europe, so contacted them directly. Within two weeks I had a replacement dongle given free. Fantastic aftef sales care, evidenced by me writing this, as I usually do not bother. Soevial thanks to Sasha who dealt with the issue throughout. Please keep doing what you are doing. I would certainly buy from you again.
