RMA request - May 2022 Poor quality of keyboards.

After I supplied the requested information, I even received email updates on next steps and when to expect my replacement to be shipped out. GBGreat customer service and products! We received a Kone mouse that would not click. They guided us through testing and repair, when it didn't respond they sent out another mouse with no problem! The mouse works great! At the time we also bought a Vulcan Keyboard and both products have exceeded our expectations! Great company!
