SEAmazing support with real people from the start! Had to contact Roccats customer support to replace a faulty scroll wheel on a mouse I bought from their online store. The customer support was quick and easy, with no hassle and a very quick troubleshooting and I got to talk with an actual person from the very beginning. Instead of having me jump through a lot of hoops, they quickly acknowledged my attempts at fixing the issue an sent a new mouse to me. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies exceptionally bad support.

GB10/10 Experience I contacted support due to my keyboard being faulty after only having it for a short period of time. I worked with Jack (Technical Support Specialist II) and he was nothing short of phenomenal. He was on top of everything, and I was able to RMA my keyboard. Within less than 24 hours of sending the pictures, he already had the replacement keyboard shipped. The replacement was delivered in less than 4 days. There seldom are places that have customer service reps like Jack. Roccat has always been 10/10 whether it be from the customer service to their products.

GBROCCAT Vulcan 100 1st Purchase - May 2019 (amazon) What - ROCCAT Vulcan 100 Issue: Often used keys non responsive or double presses when tapping it repeatedly to get it to work RMA request - Jan 2021 Refunded and purchased like for like at another store (box.co.uk) - Jan 2021 Issue: exactly same issue as first keyboard. RMA request - May 2022 Poor quality of keyboards.

GBOnce again my mouse packed up for no… Once again my mouse packed up for no reson, never again will I waste my money on roccat. I have bought three mice over the years and all have failed within two-three years consideroing the price this is very poor

After I supplied the requested information, I even received email updates on next steps and when to expect my replacement to be shipped out. I was provided a tracking number when the product shipped and my mouse showed up as expected. I am impressed with the detailed and prompt communication.
