Since we moved and really needed internet service Julie in the Sales Team was able to reschedule our service for the next week - THANK YOU!!

GBA little late, but excellent service. The installer had a hard time finding my address (which is not surprising because GPS often misdirects people to my remote location). He was SO polite (Kris Pickett) and apologized for not arriving during the exact window that had been anticipated. When he got here, he went straight to work locating the best location for my receiver, installed it, and made sure that my devices were activated and online before leaving.

GBSlightly deceitful Was told to expect 30-40mbps instead of the 50mbps we pay for instead receive 6mbps to the router. We only have 2 options in our area and both can barely run a tv.

GBNot a reliable ISP Not a reliable ISP. Not good customer service. Fiber internet is supposed to be fast and reliable. Well, Rise provides one of those - their internet goes down fast!
