GBFixed our TVs and treated us very fairly on cost. We were having several issues with a couple of our TVs and called Livewire (which did all of our initial A/V installation) to come take a look. Because we thought we were going to have to mount a new TV, they arranged for two technicians to come, which was going to cost us more $. But shortly after they arrived, they figured out the main issue and realized it could easily be addressed without two technicians. Within 45 mins, they had fixed all of our TV set-ups and chose not to charge us for having two technicians because we didn't end up needing the extra labor. They were also quite courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was a very positive experience that helped to earn my loyalty as a customer.

GBAVICO transition hiccup These guys took over from AVICO; unfortunately, it doesn't look like AVICO did a good job in transitioning the accounts. I got lost. To Livewire's credit, once they were aware of the problem, they reached out to me several times to work to resolve the problem. While I had to move on to another service provider, if a future/another need arises, my first call will be to Livewire. I believe they care and will work to provide quality service.

GBIn-home visit March 23 Technician (Jonathan) arrived on time to sync universal remote to new FIOS set top box. The issue was resolved quickly and Jonathan volunteered to answer any other home theatre and related questions during his one hour service time. This was the second time Jonathan has done a service call to our home, and both times his has been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is a great service rep and Livewire has been very good to work with.

GBFirst-Class Company from Sales to Support Our experience with Livewire was very positive. Brad Camp went the extra mile to give us options, and to make sure all of our last-minute communication issues were addressed ahead of time. The installation techs who did the work, worked the whole day without taking a break and cleaned up before they left. Ben and Patrick (who did the work) were very competent and patient with all of our questions, and trained us on the custom-written applications that Ben wrote. If you have a lot of media inputs and a lot of screens throughout your house or building, these guys are the ones who can integrate it into a seamless system.

GBBest Service Experience This was honestly one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the initial call to Brad to place the order, the follow up from Henry, Brad and Scott, and the actual service by Mark! Mark stayed at our house until we had thoroughly tested the remote and asked every question possible. He made adjustments based on our feedback quickly and then had us retest! Overall this is a very customer focused company end to end.
