The folks from Livewire did a great job… The folks from Livewire did a great job of assessing our needs and helping us decide where to splurge and where to save while keeping within our budget. The install team was amazing. They arrived promptly, were extremely professional and respectful in our home and patiently worked with me to figure out passwords and parental controls. Livewire was a pleasure to work with in every regard and had earned our loyalty and future business.

AVICO transition hiccup These guys took over from AVICO; unfortunately, it doesn't look like AVICO did a good job in transitioning the accounts. I got lost. To Livewire's credit, once they were aware of the problem, they reached out to me several times to work to resolve the problem. While I had to move on to another service provider, if a future/another need arises, my first call will be to Livewire. I believe they care and will work to provide quality service.

Knowledgeable and courteous service Brad Camp and my entire team of installers offered First Class service from start to finish. My upgrade included my wireless network, TV upgrades, and boosting my cell signal in a home that went from 0 to 3 bars with the new equipment. All areas working beautifully. Thanks Livewire team for the follow through in every area.

Remote The appointment was for 8:00. The service technician showed up at 9:30. He did finish the job around 12:00. I've noticed several glitches with the remote. It does not turn on/off the DirectTV receiver. You have to manually turn it on. It doesn't always switch between modes by changing the inputs or turning on the components.

Great Company to work with! I just had Livewire install my new theater room, as well as sonos and other televisions throughout the house and I have to say they did an excellent job! They made the installation process painless and guided me effortlessly through the instructions for use...they were so patient! Brad recommended a great package that fit my needs perfectly. Very happy with my whole Livewire experience!
