GBRemote The appointment was for 8:00. The service technician showed up at 9:30. He did finish the job around 12:00. I've noticed several glitches with the remote. It does not turn on/off the DirectTV receiver. You have to manually turn it on. It doesn't always switch between modes by changing the inputs or turning on the components.

GBIn-home visit March 23 Technician (Jonathan) arrived on time to sync universal remote to new FIOS set top box. The issue was resolved quickly and Jonathan volunteered to answer any other home theatre and related questions during his one hour service time. This was the second time Jonathan has done a service call to our home, and both times his has been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is a great service rep and Livewire has been very good to work with.

GBBest Service Experience This was honestly one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the initial call to Brad to place the order, the follow up from Henry, Brad and Scott, and the actual service by Mark! Mark stayed at our house until we had thoroughly tested the remote and asked every question possible. He made adjustments based on our feedback quickly and then had us retest! Overall this is a very customer focused company end to end.

GBHome Wireless upgrade Livewire does an incredible job from top to finish. They send an appointment email in advance of visit and a quote on the proposed cost. They show up on time and are very adept at handling your tech issues. I purchased a new Fios quantum router which they installed and incorporated into our wireless home network. I highly recommend Livewire.
