Excellent on time service with good followup. Joe called each just before he arrived on each of his two visits to make sure we were ready for the service call. During the calls, Joe explained things well so that I understood what he was doing and how the systems connect and work together. He was clean, always removing his shoes and cleaning up any parts or packaging. After looking for a wire in the ceiling he vacuumed the floor as dust fell from a sound fixture he had to remove to locate wiring. I would certainly call Livewire again as needed.

We recently moved to a multi-level townhouse, and needed wifi throughout, a security system, electronic locks, and a large 4k television with sound bar installed. Livewire did it all. Amanda was the lead installer with help from Jonathan and others, and did a great job putting it all together. Fixed our TVs and treated us very fairly on cost. We were having several issues with a couple of our TVs and called Livewire (which did all of our initial A/V installation) to come take a look. Because we thought we were going to have to mount a new TV, they arranged for two technicians to come, which was going to cost us more $. But shortly after they arrived, they figured out the main issue and realized it could easily be addressed without two technicians. Within 45 mins, they had fixed all of our TV set-ups and chose not to charge us for having two technicians because we didn't end up needing the extra labor. They were also quite courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was a very positive experience that helped to earn my loyalty as a customer.
