Great service! We reached out to the team via a robot chat box to ask for a gift receipt to be used in our order instead of a normal receipt (as it's being sent directly to the recipient). I didn't expect someone to reach out that they've completed the request since I was typing to the chat last night (after hours) but they completed it & emailed me this morning with confirmation. A Great Gift and Attentive Customer Experience These video frame are charming and make the absolute perfect gift. After we put our dog down, I ordered one for my husband with a video of our pup fetching a ball. He loves it and everyone that comes over comments on how cool it is. When the display stopping working, they were easy to communicate with and replaced the defective object seamlessly.

However the device came faulty and would not work properly, my initially impression was bad. However! Once I reached out to the support team they were amazing and most helpful. They arrange a DHL prepaid pickup all the way from Thailand to their office in USA and I received a new device back to my door within a week hassle free! Would definitely recommend to friends.
