GBFantastic products and even better customer service! My roommate bought me an Infinite Object a couple years ago which was a lot of fun to have on display, but it recently was knocked over and the display broke. I reached out to customer service, who was very responsive and professional, and they were able to repair the video print very quickly and without any issues. I am very much looking forward to getting it back on the wall!

NLCustomer service I was having some issues getting an NFT framed. I reached out to customer service and the process went really slow, but after reminding them a few times to get back to me they hopped on a personal call with me and fixed the issue (the issue was with Metamask). The video frame that I ordered came in super quick too even though I'm in Europe <3

GBAwesome Customer Service This was my first purchase with Infinite Objects, and unfortunately when my frame arrived it was defective and wouldn't stay on. I reached out to the company and they were extremely helpful, offering to send a return label so I can ship back the frame for an repair or exchange. Once I returned the frame, they kept me up to date the entire time and told me they are sending a brand new frame that replicates the original frame they sent me. The new frame arrived shortly after that and works perfectly. The customer service alone has me sold to be a returning customer.
