GBSOAKING WET I ordered a waterproof Phone case. The case shipped quickly. It arrive undamaged on the outer mailing packaging. When I opened it, the inside box for the phone case had some visible wear and tear, and water damage. I though it was just because it's an older phone case. When I opened the packaging, the case inside was FILLED WITH WATER, the actual phone case, the waterprood phone case was retaining water. The paper and packaging inside the box where all soaking wet. This product had clearly been in a flood, and was submerged underwater, and they sold it anyways.

GBIf I could give NEGATIVE stars If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would!!! 🤬🤬 I ordered two refurbished Plantronic Explorer 50 Bluetooth Headsets Dec 29. I should’ve received my order in January-it NEVER CAME! My USPS confirmation said it was delivered, but as I stated to the customer service, I’ve had mail delivered to me, the wrong address, which clearly stated other’s address’, SEVERAL times. They didn’t send me my product, refused to issue me a refund, and now I’m seeking further action. DO-NOT-PURCHASE-FROM-THEM!!

GBMy husband ordered a Alta HR Fitbit for… My husband ordered a Alta HR Fitbit for me for.Christmas. It came not in original packaging but in a baggie that had no instructions or manual. It will not hold a charge. By the time he gave it to me on Christmas Day their 14 day return policy had expired. I called them and they said to send them an email so they could notify the vendor. I sent the email and minutes later I received a response that “the device was in good working order when shipped” and “we have never had a problem with this unit before” basically told me I was past their 14 day return period and”suggest you contact Fitbit”. I believe the Fitbit was a refurbished one, hence no packaging or manual. This is a crap company who does not disclose that the products are not new. I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend anyone reading this to beware.

GBCheaper headset substituted and denied! I ordered 4 Motorola H17txt headsets at $39.95 each. Cellxpo in Brooklyn, NY sent me 1 H17txt, and 3 straight H17 headsets. The difference is now and always has been the outter metal mic cover on the H17txt model instead of the plastic mic on the H17. They even have the pictures on their website showing both models with complete descriptions. While they price both models the same, other sites, and traditionally so, charge $10 less for the straight H17. Either they don't know the difference, which I doubt, or they just chose to substitute without telling me, then when I complained by email they claimed they sent me the H17txt even though I sent them pictures.

GBTerrible company Terrible company! Sold a reconditioned headset to me as though it was a new one on sale. Listed the regular price with a line through it and their price next to it without telling me it’s reconditioned. Then when I tried to contact them their website was mysteriously down for a number of days. My credit card company did not support me because Cellxpo said I didn’t contact them first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My headset now doesn’t work just a few months after buying them!
