GBI see that I'm not the only one who… I see that I'm not the only one who experiencing a problem with this company. After almost a month, I received yhe headset without any instructions or documents above the headset. No has responded to my inquiries for help. I can't get the headset paired to my phone. What the HELL Cellxpo!! Reporting your company to the better business bureau. Shame in you!

GBScam artist - Joel Kremer The company shipped me a non-functional display unit in an open package. The customer service (i.e. Joel Kremer - CEO, tech support) insisted that the headset simply needed to be charged for 24 hours... This was a display unit like they have in cell phone stores that are only for display purposes. Unbelievable.

GBCustomer Service is Horrible Customer Service is Horrible! No way to contact customer service. Had to email on numerous occasions. Tracking # provided but tracking only said that shipping label has been processed. Took over 3 weeks to get the product and paid a high shipping charge

GBItem received in a plastic baggie...Missing components. Ordered new Samsung wireless earbuds and they came in a plastic baggie. When I asked them about this they indicated this was the "bulk shipping" noted in the item description--they remove it from the packaging. However, components that are typically included with a new item were missing and there was no owner's manual. Reached out to them for a return RMA# because I was expecting an intact new item, in a box, and have not yet heard from them. I will update if and when I hear from them...

GBMy husband ordered a Alta HR Fitbit for… My husband ordered a Alta HR Fitbit for me for.Christmas. It came not in original packaging but in a baggie that had no instructions or manual. It will not hold a charge. By the time he gave it to me on Christmas Day their 14 day return policy had expired. I called them and they said to send them an email so they could notify the vendor. I sent the email and minutes later I received a response that “the device was in good working order when shipped” and “we have never had a problem with this unit before” basically told me I was past their 14 day return period and”suggest you contact Fitbit”. I believe the Fitbit was a refurbished one, hence no packaging or manual. This is a crap company who does not disclose that the products are not new. I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend anyone reading this to beware.
