Scammers all the wa Scammers. I ordered a pair of wireless earphones that never arrived. Took my money. No shipping updates, no dispatch, no tracking numbers, no replies to emails, calls, social media, nothing. If you check their socials you will see hundreds of people commenting asking where their products are. I feel like an idiot for not doing more research, but I’d had a pair of their headphones in 2019 which were great. My guess is the company went bust, but the parasites are still taking payments Just don’t do it. I’m trying to get my money back from my card company but I’ve accepted the money is probably lost.

Nearly a week and no update on order still remains unfulfilled and left unanswered emails I placed an order with them 9th of September and my order remains unfulfilled and tried to contact them through email and nothing. I don't know how long to wait it out until i request a refund through PayPal. I've just seen a review aswell saying that they are a scam so I'm quite worried now as they are expensive!!

Do not buy anything from Cowin Audio bought the E8 headphones from Cowin… BUYER BEWARE! I bought E8 headphones from Cowin Audio in March of 2023. They promised a two a two year warranty extension. After the first two months the headphones stopped charging. Since then I have been trying to get my headphones covered under warranty. I made every attempt to contact them. Here it is 12/24/23 and I have not heard or seen any response from them. Buyer be beware! Now I see Cowin Audio advertising on the TV. I am very frustrated.

Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got… Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got confirmation email stating they would ship in 24hrs. One week later no contact. I have sent multiple emails and gotten no response. Tried calling several times and you get a recording that states no company info but ironically it is about an app to stop scammers! Recording then says to hold for representative, phone rings then elevator music. Rings twice more then disconnect. After research there are many consumers with the same story, even on their face book page cowinoffical. I have filed a dispute with CC company.

All measurements are way way off A nice looking watch, but don't rely on anything other than the time and date. The Bp, Bs, workouts, sleep measurements etc. are just way off, maybe as much as 30%. But because they have stolen all your personal information, its a victory for them. I've tried 2 support emails and their official site messaging and no answer regarding my request for return. The delivery date may be intentionally delayed so that it's impossible to protest your charge card when you've already paid. This is fraud even China might not approve of....
