GBDo not buy anything from Cowin Audio bought the E8 headphones from Cowin… BUYER BEWARE! I bought E8 headphones from Cowin Audio in March of 2023. They promised a two a two year warranty extension. After the first two months the headphones stopped charging. Since then I have been trying to get my headphones covered under warranty. I made every attempt to contact them. Here it is 12/24/23 and I have not heard or seen any response from them. Buyer be beware! Now I see Cowin Audio advertising on the TV. I am very frustrated.

GBDoesn't even deserve 1 star Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Headphones arrived DOA. Filled out website submission form, emailed multiple times, called (no answer). I finally gave up and disputed the charge through my credit card company. They've refunded my card, apparently they couldn't get hold of them either.

GBGreat product but absolutely awful Customer Service Great product but absolutely awful customer experience. I bought a pair of headphones that arrived and worked as expected. However, they don't fit me right and were uncomfortable so I wanted to return. Good luck. I've tried emails, the refund form, phone calls, and anything else I can think of to no avail. Seems like this company only creates products while everything else is sham. I'm completely done with Cowin.

ESNot fulfilling the order I see many similar posts here — ordered their headphones on January 6, and nothing since then, the tracking app says order received and that’s it… emails are unanswered… It’s a shame because I used to have E7 and they are very comfortable and noise canceling is great, they died after couple of years of heavy usage which is fine. But what’s going on now with them looks like a total scam, taking money and not sending anything. What happened?

GBCowin Audio is a scam! Do not buy! They don't respond to costumer support emails!! I purchased Cowin E7 headphones in August of 2022. As per Cowin's warranty policy if you purchase from their website your purchase is secured under a two year warranty. About a year after my purchase (July 2023), the audio went out in my headphones. I have been attempting to contact their email help line for nearly a year at this point. I have never received a response despite sending four emails. Their email is the only contact line listed on the COWIN website.
