The reality and sadness Honestly, I’ve ordered like a week ago, still haven’t got my E9s FROM PRIORITY DELIVERY, I wish I would’ve gotten them sooner, I feel like they could be a great company if they would respond to their customers. And the 24 - 48 wait for the shipping or any notices never happens. I just hope I get the E9s soon 🙏. Maybe if I get them , I’ll leave a great review on the headphones themselves, but for now ima just hope I get them soon. As of November 16, I will soon file a dispute for my order if I don’t get my headphones or at least a shipping update by today. I’m very disappointed that I fell for this company’s games.

Nearly a week and no update on order still remains unfulfilled and left unanswered emails I placed an order with them 9th of September and my order remains unfulfilled and tried to contact them through email and nothing. I don't know how long to wait it out until i request a refund through PayPal. I've just seen a review aswell saying that they are a scam so I'm quite worried now as they are expensive!!

All measurements are way way off A nice looking watch, but don't rely on anything other than the time and date. The Bp, Bs, workouts, sleep measurements etc. are just way off, maybe as much as 30%. But because they have stolen all your personal information, its a victory for them. I've tried 2 support emails and their official site messaging and no answer regarding my request for return. The delivery date may be intentionally delayed so that it's impossible to protest your charge card when you've already paid. This is fraud even China might not approve of....

Cowin Audio is a scam! Do not buy! They don't respond to costumer support emails!! I purchased Cowin E7 headphones in August of 2022. As per Cowin's warranty policy if you purchase from their website your purchase is secured under a two year warranty. About a year after my purchase (July 2023), the audio went out in my headphones. I have been attempting to contact their email help line for nearly a year at this point. I have never received a response despite sending four emails. Their email is the only contact line listed on the COWIN website.

Low Quality for a high price tag Noise cancelling had a high pitch with low volume clicking every second. Reached out to customer service. They never replied to my emails. They never answer the phone. I lost 49 dollars on this purchase. Save the hassle and never buy from Cowin or anything advertised as E7
