GBAvoid ALL segway products Got a segway kick scooter (Model F30S) - total disaster. On a full charge, I get 7 miles (if I am lucky) (this is on FLAT terrain) Had several exchanges with segway - bottom line they said - Too bad, you bought it from some non authorized dealer (it was BRAND NEW) I had heard that segway services their products no matter where one purchases it from Wrong. I'd say stay away from Segway - I have lost trust in the company Dean Kamen founded - it seems it has the segway brand name, but else a piece of junk

GBDo not buy, horrendous customer service worst experience ever, we bought a scooter end of July 2023, by the end of August the scooter stopped working so we contacted customer service and got the scooter send back at the beginning of September 2023 they said they could repair it and was waiting for parts, but somehow said in the next breath they had lost our scooter. So said they was going to send us a new one. so we are now January And are still waiting. After lots of emails and calls, we have been promised 3 scooters that never appear. Customer services are completely incompetent, never return calls or email. This company is scamming, incompetent DON'T BUY THERE PRODUCTS

FRGot a g2 ninebot scooter Got a g2 ninebot scooter. I had to send it in for repairs because it stopped charging and repairs lasted about one month. That was from just 3 months use. Now it again needs repairs because the motor and electronic brake have issues. I asked them to provide replacement since this unit seems to be defective. Customer service just sends boilerplate emails with instructions to send it in. They completely ignore my question and they don't even reject it. They can just say no, we don't offer replacement even if your product breaks down every 3-4 months. If you want reliability do not buy Segway products, go for other brands. With Segway it's hit or miss, the company has no accountability over their products.

GBTry to avoid this company Try to avoid this company! Have a worst customer service! Broke down after being used a two weeks after purchase. Scooter is on warranty and have the battery issues and Segway doesn’t bother to replace or fix it, just keep sending scooter to repair shop and from repair shop is coming back in absolutely same condition!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! Constantly chasing for my faulty item to get sorted, less than 6 months old and the handlebars are loose and leaking paste from frame. I have now been told that repair will be 15 days and you are not provided a replacement. My son needs this to get to and from work, they are not interested. Don't bother purchasing from them!
