Very horrible support service Very horrible support service. Can not solve problem [Incident: 220419-000***] Segway Ninebot KickScooter E22E Dark Grey, over 3 months just simply to order courier to pick up item. only promises every week, not answering for mails , only after angry call by phone, some mails comming that they will do they will solve wait wait, , but again after that silence and no further movements.now at all phone nr. +372 6094177is not responding. realy already tired from such support.

Not taking their don’t care attitude anymore!Unlike others my experience with their… Unlike others my experience with their customer service has been not to bad it’s the actual scooter that I’m really disappointed with. I have sent it back twice to be repaired and the last time it came back it was missing screws and the rear light no longer works. When I ask for a replacement light they said they no longer had the part. They offered me a replacement scooter and then nothing! My wife can get a bit crazy when she feels we haven’t been treated fairly and becomes a “Keyboard Warrior “ and will spend her free time writing reviews and emails to anything that has to do with the problem! I think we all need to start taking a stand about bad treatment from companies who just don’t care about quality anymore. Society has become weak and just seems to bend over and take it!!! I am going to follow my wife’s example and not take their indifference to their customers problems anymore!!!

Good afternoon unprop Good afternoon Yes I got worse costume service ever They just laugh at me ! Didn’t listen what I say . The agent talking to his co worker and I didn’t think he know I was try to have proper conversation to resolve a problem. He just laughs and have monologues to himself I bought 6 Segway in pass 7 year unfortunately it’s the last BRAVO!

Worst customer service,$1100 xmas… Worst customer service,$1100 xmas present that is going onto 3 months without repair.customer servive agents will lie to your face saying they cant find emails or you have sent the same vid that clearly has a dif file number to drag things out further.Took my bike repaired nothing and sent it back not working and have now ignored my emails for 2 weeks.bike repairers refuse to answer phone or return messages .

Beware, Chinese app controlled These Chinese scooters require a Chinese controlled app to operate. Beware app can be changed and disable your scooter, or slow your scooter . Chinese bought Segway, there is no American involvement, support, parts, service, nothing. Chinese tech help is just a call center, no tech help at all. Do not buy Chinese app controlled products.
