Horrible customer service Horrible customer service! Ninebot arrived with slight leak in front tire. Bought it from Amazon for basically full price from a legit company, and they said sorry…not an authorized dealer. Then want $75 to replace the tire. Go to hell. I’ll never buy another Segway anything, and I was debating about upgrading. Sorry Segway, you’re out of that running. Never again.

Ninebot Kickscooter E22 (speed limit required) I've got Ninebot Kickscooter E22 during one year. It is absolutely nice product. My travel distance more than 500 km. I hope that Segway can do great improvement to add speed limit in computer firmware of Kickscooter. 3 modes (eco, white S, red S) is good but also Speed Limit is required. For me convenience is to set red S mode and speed limit at 15-17 kmh. Ninebot Kickscooter will start quickly and not overspeeding.

Worst customer service,$1100 xmas… Worst customer service,$1100 xmas present that is going onto 3 months without repair.customer servive agents will lie to your face saying they cant find emails or you have sent the same vid that clearly has a dif file number to drag things out further.Took my bike repaired nothing and sent it back not working and have now ignored my emails for 2 weeks.bike repairers refuse to answer phone or return messages .

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. By far the worse experience I have ever had. I have been dealing with someone named David, who tells me the company has sent me emails, when they haven't. Took forever to provide me with a label for me to PRINT! I sent the scooter back, which I PAID for only to be billed again to have it fixed. I've asked to speak to corporate only to have David continue to respond to me. If anyone has any advice, please share. Its frustrating because my daughter needs the scooter to go from class to class and the scooter has been in their possession since December. Stay away from the company so you need have to deal with the customer service.

Avoid ALL segway products Got a segway kick scooter (Model F30S) - total disaster. On a full charge, I get 7 miles (if I am lucky) (this is on FLAT terrain) Had several exchanges with segway - bottom line they said - Too bad, you bought it from some non authorized dealer (it was BRAND NEW) I had heard that segway services their products no matter where one purchases it from Wrong. I'd say stay away from Segway - I have lost trust in the company Dean Kamen founded - it seems it has the segway brand name, but else a piece of junk
