GBTerrible customer service. Do not buy from them. As with previous reviewers I have had continual problems with customer service. Initially was pleased with buds but when one stopped charging I had them sent back under warranty. That was almost 10 months ago. I have emailed them weekly since then. Sporadically I receive a reply stating they will get another set sent out but it is not looking likely. They have effectively stole from me (and all the other reviewers). Please avoid.

IERecent purchase, Mifo gen 2 Plus… When I bought my headphones ( I used Apple Pay for the purchase), I did not receive email confirmation. It took me a while to find out how to contact the Customer Support team. They were prompt and courteous, and reassured me everything is in order, however, they could not provide me tracking number, nor they send the confirmation for the order. I read some quite bad reviews and to be honest, I was thinking this story won’t end well. However, the headphones arrived around a week after my purchase and on first try, they are remarkably better then the first generation of Mifo, which I used for about 3 years. So the Customer Service was OK, but there may be something on the tech side that needs addressing to improve the purchasing experience. I’m based in Ireland, so a delivery inside a week is pretty normal.

GBAvoid! Avoid! Had a previous pair, happy with them but wanted to update after a few years. Made an order but after over a month they hadn't arrived. Tried to cancel through email and chat bot. No response at all. They've taken money but haven't sent the item and won't respond to anything to cancel and get a refund.

GBMifo - Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. Reported faulty earbuds. Was ask to ship them to their Wellingborough support centre. Mifo confirmed receipt and promise to send me replacement. That was 1 year and 3 months ago. I am still chasing... Unbelievably poor customer service. Although I like their products I would avoid going forward because of the terrible customer service experience. Mifo really need to care more about their customers. They currently don't seem to have the faintest idea how to do this.

GBA Satisified Customer I've been using Mifo earbuds for 5 years almost daily for commuting to/from work and the gym. I've never had any issues and find the sound quality outstanding. Very comfortable too..
