GBDisgusting company! I bought some earbuds from mifo in August 2023. A few weeks later, when they still hadn't arrived I contacted them. I tried the chat, email, every way I could. No joy. Eventually they responded and told me the colour I had ordered was not available and they didn't know when it would be. They asked if I would like another colour. I said no and could I please have a refund. No response. 2 days after this exchange I had a notification that they had been dispatched. I received the incorrect buds at the end of Sept. I sent them back, at my own expense, and they were received by Mifo on 8th Oct. Over the next 6 months I emailed them on a weekly basis demanding a refund. I would be told it was being dealt with, week in and week out. I eventually tried the Mifo.Au customer services and nearly 7 months after they received the buds back I GOT A REFUND!!! How disgusting that they would have happily seen me out of pocket by £90 and that they thought they could fob me off with another colour. Avoid these people at all costs.

GBMifo - Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. Reported faulty earbuds. Was ask to ship them to their Wellingborough support centre. Mifo confirmed receipt and promise to send me replacement. That was 1 year and 3 months ago. I am still chasing... Unbelievably poor customer service. Although I like their products I would avoid going forward because of the terrible customer service experience. Mifo really need to care more about their customers. They currently don't seem to have the faintest idea how to do this.

GBOrdered my earbuds on 2ND DECEMBER… Ordered my earbuds on 2ND DECEMBER 2023, still havent arrived. Absolutley disgraceful. Asked for a refund three times, just ignored. Please avoid this company AT ALL COSTS - COMPLETE SCAM

GBScam. Avoid at all cost Bought the Mifo earbuds and after a while they stopped charging. Contacted customer services and they confirmed that they were still under warranty. Sent the earbuds back for repair as requested. That was 1 year ago. Several e-mails back and forth, always with some sort of excuse. I did not get my money back, nor do I have the earbuds. What a scam. I am shocked and saddened that this company is allowed to trade. Please be warned. Do NOT buy from them.

AUMiFo inner earbuds, rubbish. My MiFo inner earbuds have never paired easily, its always a drama (android and Apple same story). The battery life is rubbish and gets worse within a year. Now one bud doesn't work at all. Out of warranty now sadly, ticked over 1 year. Save your money and try another brand.
