GBA Satisified Customer I've been using Mifo earbuds for 5 years almost daily for commuting to/from work and the gym. I've never had any issues and find the sound quality outstanding. Very comfortable too..

GBBought mifo earbuds 18 months ago Bought mifo earbuds 18 months ago. Have had continued issues with charging and now a single charge only lasts 20 minutes. This is particularly disappointing given the exceptional charge times advertised. Have also given up trying to contact mifo. They do not have a contact email and their online chat bot is a complete waste of time. In short the high cost and good reviews are completely unjustified. Strongly advise buying from this unreliable company.

GBNo Communication or receipt of order from Mifo I Placed an order 26th January 2024 for Ear buds which were due for delivery within 5 business days which I haven't received. I have contacted Mifo via email and through their chat/message option on their website and no one has come back to me. An absolutely appalling service from MIfo all I want is my money back now!

GBUnfulfilled order for earbuds - don't order Ordered earbuds 30 December 2023. Order not fulfilled. Emailed company - no response. Company cannot be contacted by phone. Used online chat service. Don't expect same day response. Was sent response - didn't tell me when order would be fulfilled. Then I read trust pilot reviews. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company in the hope I get my money back.

GBDisgusting company! I bought some earbuds from mifo in August 2023. A few weeks later, when they still hadn't arrived I contacted them. I tried the chat, email, every way I could. No joy. Eventually they responded and told me the colour I had ordered was not available and they didn't know when it would be. They asked if I would like another colour. I said no and could I please have a refund. No response. 2 days after this exchange I had a notification that they had been dispatched. I received the incorrect buds at the end of Sept. I sent them back, at my own expense, and they were received by Mifo on 8th Oct. Over the next 6 months I emailed them on a weekly basis demanding a refund. I would be told it was being dealt with, week in and week out. I eventually tried the Mifo.Au customer services and nearly 7 months after they received the buds back I GOT A REFUND!!! How disgusting that they would have happily seen me out of pocket by £90 and that they thought they could fob me off with another colour. Avoid these people at all costs.
