GBNext day delivery didn't arrive... Paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Emailed Ashley, not interested. Royal mail said address inaccessible. Watched the van pull up, driver got out, checked back of van and drove off. Think they should remember Royal mail is NOT the customer!! Refused to refund next day delivery charge, no apology, lack of customer service. Just lost a customer!!

GBI ordered and paid for 20L of Adblue… I ordered and paid for 20L of Adblue (for diesel cars) via ebay, they only shipped 10L and wouldn't respond to my request for either a part refund or the balance of the order. So I opened a case against them on ebay to which their only response was "close the case before we can respond"! Obviously I didn't and now ebay have part refunded me. These people tried to rip me off...

GBOrdered rear window wiper Ordered rear window wiper. Good was delivered by Hermes who delivered it to the wrong address. Company refused to accept it had been delivered to the wrong address and refused to refund. Need to improve their customer service. Other better companies out there, do not use

GBSlightly underwhelmed but in general ok Ordered some couplers, a 45 and 90 degree aluminium bend. Package was well packed delivery was quick but once I opened the box I was abit disappointed with the really roughly cut couplers I received, aluminium bends were great. I did go back to the website and see it is stated that the couplers are tailor made rather than manufactured to the sizes so something to bare in mind. Overall not bad

THDidn't meet advertised delivery time I ordered on Wednesday morning and paid around £10 extra for next day delivery. It's now Friday evening and the courier, Evri, has the item at their depot but isn't saying when it'll go out for delivery. Previous experience is that this could take up to a week. I would have picked Royal Mail or another supplier if I'd known they use Evri, and ASH shouldn't advertise delivery times which their courier can't meet so I'm marking them down. Secondly the invoice ASH sent me is in the form of a broken link to their website. They won't deal with post-purchase queries by phone, or chat, so I emailed them yesterday morning and this morning but haven't had a reply. Other than that, their product range is good although other suppliers eg Viper have a wider choice of fittings in odd sizes and delivered on time with FedEx.
