Long-time user of Beachbody… I am a long-time user of Beachbody (before on-demand). I like their programs and to this date have not found anything that offers what they do. Yes, they are expensive, compared to some others, but you get what you pay for. They have also worked to reduce their pricing for some offerings. I’ve accidentally canceled and/or purchased unwanted options but their customer service is always helpful and quick to respond. Most recently, I noticed I was signed up for a preferred customer, when contacting to cancel, they did so quickly and a refund was issued. It is a subscription service, so you do need to pay attention to what you signed up for but if you mess up, they make it right.

Please be aware of the way this company treats their customers Please be aware of the way this business treats their customers. If you have an issue with your account they will make a decision without working with you. Beachbody will not refund your money even if you contact the same day that the membership renewed or even offer any options to use the funds for a different membership. They would rather lose you as a customer than work with you to resolve the differences. There are many other options out there I encourage everyone to consider before wasting your money with a company who does not care about their customers. This company just wants your money and it's all about money and nothing else. Update: There is a reason why there are so many negative reviews - this aligns with the way this company treats their customers. They just don’t care about them !!! It’s all about the money !!!

I started Beachbody in 2021 and… I started Beachbody in 2019 and attempted to cancel the memberships and subscriptions in 2022. it was a whole thing and prices just to cancel. instead, they not only decided to charge me the following year, but also significantly increased the price and had signed me up for a membership I had never even heard of or was ever notified about. I was charged on a card I wasn't even actively using anymore so that I could pay down a larger charge from a surgery on the card. I didn't notice they had continued to charge me until this year and they had DOUBLED the price having signed me up for more stuff I've never even heard of or had any notice of. shame on you!! white collar crime is rampant and these companies get away with whatever they can because there are ZERO serious consequences to them while they screw everybody else over. they get away with as much as they can for as long as they can until somebody takes notice. and if that never happens, then they just keep taking.

UNPROFESSIONAL & IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT This company is impossible to get ahold of. I had a membership for $99/year. I tried to cancel it after the first year and couldn't reach them or get a call back. They charged me $179 for the next year. I have submitted requests for callback from them multiple times with ZERO response. I would not give this company your credit card information. Not safe! And the contact link they give you doesn't even work! Try it for yourself!

Very poor customer care I have been a member for years but have been really disappointed of late by the poor customer service and lack of technical support. I’ve gotten intermittent error messages when trying to access workouts. This has been going on for several weeks and I’m having an impossible time getting it resolved. The support on the site is awful and there is no good way to get help when escalating concerns. I’m literally waiting for a member of the tech support team to respond to me now. I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago. Very frustrating. For a company focused on improving well being they are missing the mark.
