GBTried to cancel an online order that… Tried to cancel an online order that was placed within an hour beforehand and the customer service number was out of order. I chatted and emailed customer service to get it cancelled before processing but no one got back to me until the next day, when they informed me that they couldn’t cancel it and I would have to pay for the shipping to return the product. When asking the customer service rep if there was anything he could do for me since I tried to cancel the order immediately after submitting it, he simply said no. No offers to help or make it right. Will not order through this company again!

GBDisappointed Website was not easy to navigate and would not allow me to stay logged in when transferring between pages. I tried to ask for customer service assistance multiple times and did not receive an answer. Getting help was not easy. I ordered a package over three weeks ago and still have not received my package. My experience was unacceptable and I’m frustred and unhappy to say the least.

GBFrustrated customer Did not receive my order. Unable to open link to tracking info. Contacted BPI via e-mail as phone number to customer service would never connect. Received one response that a work ticket had been generated and I could expect a response within 24-48 hours. 6 days and another e-mail later and still no response. Frustrating!

IDBPI ISO-HD is just blends of whey isolate and concentrate I recently bought BPI ISO-HD 5lbs Vanilla Flavour. But the label is different, not the same as the website shows. It is protein blends of whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. Not 100% pure isolate proteins. The protein content is 25 grams, carb content is 3 grams, fat is 1.5grams (Per 32grams / 1 scoop serving). So, what is the difference with BPI Whey-HD or either BPI Best Protein if they are the same categories as protein blends. What a terrible.. Need clarifications and explanation from BPI..

GBBe Very Careful! I would be very careful in trusting this company. Today I called during business hours. I pressed 2 for sales. An outgoing greeting kept telling me to hold for the next available person. After approximately 35 minutes, the line went dead. I tried again pressing 1 for customer service. Same experience. No ability to leave a message. No ability to receive a callback. No outgoing message as to where I was in the queue - how many callers ahead of me or an estimated wait time. This is not how most businesses in this day and age function. A total waste of an hour of my time. I will never do business with this company. You can do so at your own risk. I personally have no faith or trust.
