AUI wish I could give less than one star I wish I could give less than one star. I've contacted this company 5-6 times over the course of 3 weeks to let them know I received a faulty product - tried their website (ticketing system where you can watch how long they ignore you for - 22 days so far), then via facebook messenger (again ignored) then I posted a comment on their page and they asked me to email info@ which I did - no response. Followed up - no response. Clearly they don't care that their production area is putting the wrong flavour into some of their supplements - I bought BCAAs which were supposed to be Watermelon Ice flavour (delicious) but instead they are some sort of cherry flavour (undrinkable). Never buying anything of theirs again!

GBLike every other company, their CS is not good I've purchased from this company a few times and did not have problems, but my most recent experience with them has been TERRIBLE. I paid for express shipping over a week ago. I reached out to them about my order and they said I need to check with the carrier but the problem is, BPI has yet to ship my order! When I redirected the conversation back to that very evident truth, they went quiet. CS Rep Sandra: "Thank you for reaching out, We understand your frustration regarding the delayed delivery of your order. Please be aware that orders placed on certain days, especially around holidays and weekends, may experience shipping delays that are beyond our control. Additionally, delivery times can vary depending on the shipping carrier and their operational schedules. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the status and expected delivery date of your order. They will have the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Here is your tracking link:" They use macro responses instead of looking into your issue. It's pure laziness. My response: "Question is, did YOU look at the tracking link? It clearly says you all have not given the package to the carrier yet. ALSO I paid for express shipping, and you have yet to fulfill my order." Radio silence since then. I don't know what happened to this company, but I'd never purchase from them again.

GBTried to cancel an online order that… Tried to cancel an online order that was placed within an hour beforehand and the customer service number was out of order. I chatted and emailed customer service to get it cancelled before processing but no one got back to me until the next day, when they informed me that they couldn’t cancel it and I would have to pay for the shipping to return the product. When asking the customer service rep if there was anything he could do for me since I tried to cancel the order immediately after submitting it, he simply said no. No offers to help or make it right. Will not order through this company again!

GBFalse Advertisment: 30-Day Free Returns I bought two containers of Keto Bomb. Upon arrival and inspection of ingredient, I discovered that it contained a non-keto approved ingredient, maltodextrin. I initiated a return through their online chat system. Mark provided me with a return label but I had to pay for shipping. I sent Mark a screenshot of their website indicating 30-Day Free Returns and I got no response. I had pay for shipping to return the product. I would not buy product from their website. Their BBB rating is an F.

GBTerrible CS submitted two tickets no… Terrible CS submitted two tickets no response. Called customer service more than ten times unavailable. Received order with my products covered in red liquid " so not happy" did not bother to try and call again. Work on CS its terrible.
