Horrible experience Horrible experience. I ordered two products using a Mother’s Day code and it’s been two and a half weeks and they still haven’t even shipped it yet! I’ve been calling there so called customer service number and no one answers during their business hours. Last time I buy anything from here

I wish I could give less than one star I wish I could give less than one star. I've contacted this company 5-6 times over the course of 3 weeks to let them know I received a faulty product - tried their website (ticketing system where you can watch how long they ignore you for - 22 days so far), then via facebook messenger (again ignored) then I posted a comment on their page and they asked me to email info@ which I did - no response. Followed up - no response. Clearly they don't care that their production area is putting the wrong flavour into some of their supplements - I bought BCAAs which were supposed to be Watermelon Ice flavour (delicious) but instead they are some sort of cherry flavour (undrinkable). Never buying anything of theirs again!

Great Service and Products While ya'll making some pretty bad reviews on BPI, I'm just going to leave something positive about the products. I order the Best Protein (Cookies and Cream) and BCAA +Energy (Rainbow ice) which taste amazing and came in within 3 days. Nutrition within these products are great and glad I was recommend this brand from a friend.

Be Very Careful! I would be very careful in trusting this company. Today I called during business hours. I pressed 2 for sales. An outgoing greeting kept telling me to hold for the next available person. After approximately 35 minutes, the line went dead. I tried again pressing 1 for customer service. Same experience. No ability to leave a message. No ability to receive a callback. No outgoing message as to where I was in the queue - how many callers ahead of me or an estimated wait time. This is not how most businesses in this day and age function. A total waste of an hour of my time. I will never do business with this company. You can do so at your own risk. I personally have no faith or trust.

Disappointed Website was not easy to navigate and would not allow me to stay logged in when transferring between pages. I tried to ask for customer service assistance multiple times and did not receive an answer. Getting help was not easy. I ordered a package over three weeks ago and still have not received my package. My experience was unacceptable and I’m frustred and unhappy to say the least.
