GBWebsite said 2-5 business day waiting… Website said 2-5 business day waiting for the item to ship. But I am still waiting for shipping details while materials from another company has already arrived. Called air Santuary and was told will be called back but never did. I cannot wait weeks or months for back ordered like other things. The item is needed within the time period or someone needs to tell me to cancel and I get the item someplace else and not wondering when the purchase material gets here.

GBReceived parts on time with proper… Received parts on time with proper communication from Air Sanctuary. Wrong length of pipes were sent but they took care of replacement with no issues.
