I needed some help setting up one of my wall units and the call center was extremely helpful figuring out the issue, they had my system up and running in no time after that! It was really easy to install and I didn't need to pay for any professional help. This system saved me a ton of money and is so quite you don't even know it's running. GBLittle confusion, but all was well Received package in good shape. Did not receive item was shipped email. Since the item was shipped from manufacture and not vendor, there was some confusion whether I had received it. the service who is picking up my mail did not recognize the name I gave them, so they did not know the package delivered. after an email to the vendor, The package was identified in my mail. Thank you for your assistance.

GBCommunication could be better. Website was easy to navigate, and prices seemed fair. Free shipping is a positive. But I would have expected better communication and expediency after placing an order for many thousands of dollars. Other than a confirmation email immediately after placing the order, no communication even after nearly a week.
