GBShipping was a bit slow Shipping was a bit slow, but it was during the covid pandemic so it really wasn't A.S's fault. I needed some help setting up one of my wall units and the call center was extremely helpful figuring out the issue, they had my system up and running in no time after that! It was really easy to install and I didn't need to pay for any professional help. This system saved me a ton of money and is so quite you don't even know it's running. Thanks Air Sanctuary will definitely recommend you to everyone...

GBWebsite said 2-5 business day waiting… Website said 2-5 business day waiting for the item to ship. But I am still waiting for shipping details while materials from another company has already arrived. Called air Santuary and was told will be called back but never did. I cannot wait weeks or months for back ordered like other things. The item is needed within the time period or someone needs to tell me to cancel and I get the item someplace else and not wondering when the purchase material gets here.

GBAir Sanctuary changed all my doubt… Air Sanctuary changed all my doubt about purchasing a Mr. Cool system. After reading several bad blogs. They were respectful, very helpful regarding the type of system I would need purchase. I am very satisfied and can't wait to have the Mr. Cool system installed.

GBI had never heard of this company and… I had never heard of this company and it was so much cheaper than others that I was skeptical for sure. I couldn’t have been happier. Had a few issues with shipping and delivery (no fault of air sanctuary) and they were so responsive and helpful! Truly the best customer service I’ve ever had!
