We knew we wanted a Cummins product . We knew we wanted a Cummins product . In researching we settled on the 9500 dual fuel with electric and remote as well as manual start. We placed our order with Factory Pure and within 3 working days the Gen set was delivered to our door in 100 % condition. Documents were complete and following detailed instructions, we were in operation in minutes. We were very pleased. Within 36 hours of receiving the Generator we had a complete power outage. We connected the new Cummins in less than 5 minutes, did a warmup run and boom, power on. Freezers and refer food saved and like we never lost power.
