Products Not In Stock, Delayed Shipping Ordered 2 Onan Generators on 8/18/23 online. The web page showed 2 were available and in stock. After we purchased, we were informed that it would be two weeks before we received them. We waited patiently and today, 9/18/23, we called to check status and were told it would be at least October 5th before they would ship. We paid nearly $8,000 on 8/18/23. We respectfully asked to cancel this order because of the delay and were told they were unable to cancel it. Don't believe them if they say the item is in stock and ready to ship. It appears they put that on all of their inventory items....

Looked for a couple of weeks for the… Looked for a couple of weeks for the perfect generator. Found it at Factory Pure. Ordering was easy, delivery info was sent and updated as the shipment got closer. Got a phone call a couple of days before delivery and an hour before on the day of delivery. Received a personal e-mail from Eugene Ravitsky (one of the owners) asking if I was pleased. I am and will order from he and his brother at Factory Pure again if needed. Order from them if you need what they offer!!

Easy website Easy website, fast service, great product explanation and prompt shipping. I definitely will buy from FactoryPure again. One more thing, when you contact them, they answer right back. That is my experience, and I am a happy customer.

Nasty Customer Service ! Everyone is a friend when you buy something but how about customer service? They are rude and very unprofessional. If you return something hopefully you not are lucky like me and wait a month to get a refund back to your credit card. Yep that is not including 15% restocking charge and other fees they get you for. Good luck and hopefully you are not one like me !

Excellent Customer Service I’m a repeat customer for FactoryPure and the price is always right, and the product always ships fast. I did have an issue with my most recent order that wasn’t even FactoryPure’s fault but a manufacturer mistake, and they still made it right. The excellent customer service is another reason I’ll keep buying from FactoryPure.
