GBYour web filter size of model k1003A has been incorrect for 3 years. I have a range hood K1003A model which needs to replace the filter. Since your product k1003A has a very good quality, I changed the same filter about 3 years ago. The problem happened on your web site which showed the incorrect size of filter. 3 years ago I met the same problem which confused me that I found the size shown on the web didn't match the actual size. When I ordered the same filter last week, It spent me at least half hour to figure out the web size is incorrect. To correct web size only needs 1 minute for web master but you can not do it for at least 3 years. that is why I give you one star to alert your service. I have to admit you have a good product but service is bad. I hope this message can change your web filter size so that other customers won't go thru the same trouble I went.

GBBad Shipping Packaging The shipping packaging was cobbled together from multiple cardboard boxes, including an inside out UPS box, and the end was open but sealed with lots of packing tape. Thankfully the items survived undamaged, but the shipping packaging was not professional. Product itself seems OK, but does not fit as well in the unit as the one it replaced.

GBVERY SATISFIED They reached out to me because I was purchasing something incompatible with my range hood. They quickly refunded and sent me a link for correct product and quickly answered my questions. Still need to install range hood, but my experience with K STAR was great!

GBVery efficient service Very efficient service. A rep called to say that I had incorrectly entered store-pickup. He then set up mail delivery. Got the filters two days later.
