GBBad company/bad customer service We’ve had our hood for only 3 years and the lights started flashing then would go off for several minutes then back on for several minutes. Customer service generally are not helpful and don’t seem to know their product or are willing to help. I would not recommend this product or this company.

GBLove our stovetop vent hood Love our stovetop vent hood. Easy process to order new vent filters. Was impressed to receive a customer service call to verify I wanted two sets of filters as they are sold as a pair. Yes I ordered two. Happy to have the new filters in place. Would be nice for recommendations on cleaning them as it’s tricky to remove the grease.
