WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...Wait...No Customer Service! My poor rating is due to lack of communication and responsiveness. This transaction occurred back on October 2, 2013 and still as of February 19th, no response and no replacement of the item. I emailed numerous times and not even a reply back. I understand if I purchased a used item but being sold as new then receiving the item with a smudge, dirty, used item, not acceptable. I was a loyal customer until this last transaction. Certainly not going to recommend to others. I guess I bought myself a used item. Unreal... Can't believe a company would run a business like this. RIDICULOUS!

Merchandise good but beware hidden charges The products I ordered arrived promptly and were as expected. But the courier company (FedEx) sent an invoice for extra charges that were not disclosed at the time of delivery. These charges were for their services in getting the order through customs. So non-US customers be aware that the advertised price and delivery costs may only be the beginning.

Superior availability of essential accessories I found the HTC Droid Incredible micro-USB to video/audio cable at htcpedia.com just as soon as it was available. This item had already been previewed in articles on the web and was greatly anticipated. My local Verizon Wireless store did not carry it and did not know if it would be available there. But htcpedia to the rescue! Easy to order and quick to receive. I am very pleased with my shopping experience with htcpedia.com and now often visit the site to stay current on other accessories for my Droid Incredible. DoctorJ

Double poor assistance! Seems that if you have a problem with HTCPedia the only way to get any assistance is to post a negative comment on trustpilot. My first email request for help went unanswered. My first trustpilot comment received imeadiate response but 5 days later I have received no resolution response. More than extremely upset with this service. Ken Anderson

Good deal, but SLOW shipping I received a free screen Protector for my Thunderbolt as a promotion from HTCPedia Shop. The screen protector is nice, covers larger area of my screen than the ones I got from Verizon. The shipping was pretty slow though. I think I waited about 3 or 4 weeks for the item arrive.
