WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...Wait...No Customer Service! My poor rating is due to lack of communication and responsiveness. This transaction occurred back on October 2, 2013 and still as of February 19th, no response and no replacement of the item. I emailed numerous times and not even a reply back. I understand if I purchased a used item but being sold as new then receiving the item with a smudge, dirty, used item, not acceptable. I was a loyal customer until this last transaction. Certainly not going to recommend to others. I guess I bought myself a used item. Unreal... Can't believe a company would run a business like this. RIDICULOUS!

Superior availability of essential accessories I found the HTC Droid Incredible micro-USB to video/audio cable at htcpedia.com just as soon as it was available. This item had already been previewed in articles on the web and was greatly anticipated. My local Verizon Wireless store did not carry it and did not know if it would be available there.
