Extremely fast and accurate delivery! Purchased the EVO 3D docking station and USB-HDMI converter, Both of which I could not purchase in store. The delivery was free and received the product in 2 days. Unbelievably surprised. All components were as ordered and were fully functional. No bait-switch or refurbished. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...Wait...No Customer Service! My poor rating is due to lack of communication and responsiveness. This transaction occurred back on October 2, 2013 and still as of February 19th, no response and no replacement of the item. I emailed numerous times and not even a reply back. I understand if I purchased a used item but being sold as new then receiving the item with a smudge, dirty, used item, not acceptable. I was a loyal customer until this last transaction. Certainly not going to recommend to others. I guess I bought myself a used item. Unreal... Can't believe a company would run a business like this. RIDICULOUS!
