Good deal, but SLOW shipping I received a free screen Protector for my Thunderbolt as a promotion from HTCPedia Shop. The screen protector is nice, covers larger area of my screen than the ones I got from Verizon. The shipping was pretty slow though. I think I waited about 3 or 4 weeks for the item arrive.

Good Service from htcpedia but bad South African partners Delivery fees where removed as as result of the over being over a certain value. The company that htcpedia is using to courier locally is charging handling fees on top of the import duties. Neither of these fees are mentioned or warned about at any step in the ordering process. As my first overseas order I was unaware of this. I personally think the local company is taking HTCpedia for a ride. This is the only place I can voice this opinion. The duty amount seemed too high and the handling fee should be part of the delivery cost or not charged at all. My suggestion: 1. Warn about import duties and try give an estimate on the cost 2. Warm about other costs such as handling fees (if this is allowed)

Great Company will get all my business Purchased a few miscellaneous items after receiving my HTC Rezound. They all are great and work as advertised. I will only shope at HTCPedia in the future. Great bargins, available products not accesabe elsewhere. Steve Hamilton

Extremely fast and accurate delivery! Purchased the EVO 3D docking station and USB-HDMI converter, Both of which I could not purchase in store. The delivery was free and received the product in 2 days. Unbelievably surprised. All components were as ordered and were fully functional. No bait-switch or refurbished. I would definitely use them again and would also refer friends and family.

Delivery problem There was aproblem with the delivery. Htc was prompt with its response to my report that it did not get delivered when the tracking indicated that it had. Their follow through with FedX revealed that it had been put in the wrong mailbox and the FedX delivery person responded personally and retreived it. Htc promised to send a new one out immediately if it wasn't found within 24 hrs.
