WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...Wait...No Customer Service! My poor rating is due to lack of communication and responsiveness. This transaction occurred back on October 2, 2013 and still as of February 19th, no response and no replacement of the item. I emailed numerous times and not even a reply back. I understand if I purchased a used item but being sold as new then receiving the item with a smudge, dirty, used item, not acceptable. I was a loyal customer until this last transaction. Certainly not going to recommend to others. I guess I bought myself a used item. Unreal... Can't believe a company would run a business like this. RIDICULOUS!

Excellent Selection and Quick Shipping htcpedia has a wide selection of products for my Droid Incredible. I found exactly what I needed at great prices. I especially like their indication of the number of items left in stock. Shipping always is very fast. I live in the same area as their shipping point and get my order the next day.

Delivery problem There was aproblem with the delivery. Htc was prompt with its response to my report that it did not get delivered when the tracking indicated that it had. Their follow through with FedX revealed that it had been put in the wrong mailbox and the FedX delivery person responded personally and retreived it. Htc promised to send a new one out immediately if it wasn't found within 24 hrs.

Merchandise good but beware hidden charges The products I ordered arrived promptly and were as expected. But the courier company (FedEx) sent an invoice for extra charges that were not disclosed at the time of delivery. These charges were for their services in getting the order through customs. So non-US customers be aware that the advertised price and delivery costs may only be the beginning.
