I SEARCHED THE WEBSITE FOR THE MODEL I WANTED AND THEN CALLED TO ORDER AND PAYMENT WAS MADE, DELIVERY WAS SET UP AND DONE AND DONE.

GBA great team The two Gentlemen, Jacob and Nate K. made the delivery of our new refrigerator a very stressless affair. They were a little early, but we were ready, and they proceeded to do prep work in their truck as we finalized the cleanout of our old refrigerator. Both Jacob and Nate have great people skills, which, has become a rare trait in the business world. They also worked well together maneuvering the old fridge and bringing in the replacement and setting it up. DeWaard and Bode are lucky to have such great young people on their payroll. A side note. Although this part of our order was done well, we were sent the wrong model as it did not have the inside water dispenser.

GBDavid Ihlan and DeWaard and Bode were… David Ihlan and DeWaard and Bode were recommended to us by friends who replaced their whole kitchen. David understood the issues that Point Roberts folks have and took it on with relish. We were extremely satisfied with our appliances. However, we think the stove may be smarter than us. We are getting through it - it took us 45 min. to figure how to cook a frozen pizza the first time we used it. I have referred another friend to David and I believe she has purchased 2 appliances through David.

GBMicrowave Problems We had a problem with our microwave under warrantee. The service department was very helpful. Made an appt. and kept me informed as to the tech's schedule. Technician Dakota was very prompt, personable, and effective in fixing the problem. He was considerate re: covid 19 protection standards. We are very appreciative.
