I was shopping for new appliances for… I was shopping for new appliances for my kitchen and I mentioned I needed a new washer and dryer. Jeff K was helping me and showed me the LG Thin Q. I told him I swore I would never buy a front loader again. He said this was the set he has and he gave me some pointers on how to use it. So I brought the set. It was delivered and set up. I love this machine. It washes my big comforter with ease. The dryer does its job very well also. I highly recommend shopping at DeWaard and Bode. Jeff K was very knowledgeable about their products! A wonderful choice. I had purchased my Samsung W/D sight unseen and was relatively nervous about the outcome. On the day of the arrival it was clear that I had not only made the right decision with the W/D but the company in which I purchased from. The installers were incredibly kind, informative and efficient. They even were nice to my dogs, which goes a long way with most families with furry family members. Either way, there was a lot of work for them to do but it was great to have the professionalism and great quality of product in one package. Much appreciated.
